www.swallows-jag.co.uk is a site operated by Swallows Jaguar (“We”). We are registered in England and Wales and have our are located at Acacia Farm, Bristol Road, Rooksbridge, Bristol.

We permit access to our website on a temporary basis, reserving the right to withdraw and amend services provide on out website without notice (see below). We are not liable for any reason for our site being unavailable at any time for any period.

At times, we may limit access to some parts of our site, or even the entire website.

Furthermore, any third party websites linked to it and any materials (including rewards vouchers, etc.) posted on it or on any third party website; including and without limitation any liability for:

(iv) loss of goodwill;

Clause 6 does not affect our liability for death or personal injury due to our personal negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, nor any other liability unable to be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. Information about you and your visits to our Site

We will report any such breach to relevant law enforcement, further co-operating with these authorities by disclosing your identity and associated data to them. In event of such a breach, we will immediately cease your right to use your website.

We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by said attacks, including any harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, programs, data and any other material from your use of our website, or the downloading of any material posted on it or any other linking website.

Our website contains links to website provided by third parties which have been provided for your additional information. However, we have no control over the contents of these websites or their offers, therefore we accept no responsibility over them for any loss of damage that may arise from their use.
